For a correction, include the article title or URL, the passage concerned, the proposed correction and supporting evidence. Identify any commercial relationship relevant to the submission. Do not send passwords, confidential project files or personal information that is unnecessary to assess the request.

We assess corrections against the evidence and article scope. Submitting a request does not establish that the original is incorrect or that a proposed interpretation is accepted. Material confirmed corrections should be recorded transparently with the affected article.
